Jews are free to pray as they want. For thousands of years there has been a tradition at the Wall. Reform wants to change that. As a compromise the Israeli Supreme Court designated a section of the Wall for non traditional prayer. Robinson's Arch is the same Wall. If its prayer you are interested in then it should not be a problem. However if the agenda is to use the Kotel as an agent of change then you can continue the conflict. The issue is not "freedom" its respect for tradition and the unwillingness of the Reform to accept a compromise by Israeli Supreme Court.
