Several of my friends have relayed to me their experience in travelling in Turkey. My friends are Canadian Jews, not Israeli. They tell me how friendly their Turkish guides were ..... until they learned about them being Jewish. After that it was cold, very cold service. The result, of course, its that amongst the Jewish community of Canada, most, not all Jews, will not travel to Turkey. That is a loss for both us and for Turkey. Of coure we cannot travel to place in which we are hated, for our ethnic/religious background.
