Permit me to speak from the viewpoint of an observant Jew, a Zionist, a physician and a UCB graduate. Ms. Felber has every right to pursue her case VIA AMERICAN LAW, and so does Zakharia. If Husam Zakharia assaulted and battered Ms. Felber, and this can be proven according to the rules of law, Zakharia deserves legal discipline according to the full force of the law. Moreover, if Zakharia's organization is promoting such behavior, they deserve appropriate treatment according to the full force of the law. If, however the legal process declares Zakharia and/or Zakharia’s organization innocent, Ms. Felber’s case is null and void, and must be dismissed. Trial via mass media is a catastrophe for all parties involved. Kindly leave trash journalism in the trash can. Respectfully, Mark Gary Blumenthal, MD, MPH Knoxville, TN, USA
