The whole point of giving 77% of mandatory Palestine to the Arab Kingdom of Jordan, was to create a clear boundary between the proposed Jewish homeland and the Arab state. Churchill and Weitzman both understood this. The so-called Pal state is just a piece of what was designated the Jewish homeland. I'm not saying there shouldn't be a Pal state, but we must at least have some historical perspective.
