Jewish National Fund, by its very title, is a charity for the specific benefit of Jews in Israel. There are many similar charities worldwide that benefit specific religions; Christian charities don't help Jews, Islamic charities don't help Christians. Yet, Jews are actually debating the efficacy, legitimacy and virtue of selling land purchased by Jews for Jews to people sworn to our destruction. My Bubba & Zayda never intended their donations given decades ago to go to anyone but Jews. Mr. Arens forgot to mention arabs in Israel, full citizens, one man, one vote, do not serve in any capacity in the armed forced to protect Israel, thus, by their own admission, do not consider themselves Israelis. Jewish law specifically provides that family members have precedence over other needy individuals or causes in our charity decisions. (Shulchan Arukh Yoreh Deah 240:5, 51:3), as Hillel said, "If I am not for myself, who will be for me?"

Assad used chemical arms against ISIS in Damascus

After Assad crossed Obama's 'red line' by using chemical arms, a deal was reached to see all such weapons removed from the war-torn country. Last week however, the regime used a chemical agent - most likely sarin - against ISIS.

Why the Jewish establishment won’t condemn the occupation

Unless more U.S. Jews who oppose the occupation become members of established Jewish organizations and donate money, the establishment is unlikely to heed calls of those who want it to condemn the occupation.
