Israel annexation of 1948 is not under dispute. Nobody claims or debates about that. The west bank and east Jerusalem included is under dispute and its fate will be determined in negotiation, despite Israel's unilateral annexation of east Jerusalem. Also the Golan was annexed and it will be negotiated sooner or later. Negotiation does not mean abandon. Negotiation means, that it is also Israel'e prerrogative to say what secure borders mean. No withdrawal to insecure borders. Jerusalem will be divided when peace and secure borders will be achieved. The plans for that division, jewish neighborhoods will be annexed to Israel and Arab neighborhoods to Palestine. In the meantime Israel can behave as a sovereign in Jerusalem. However, being sovereign does not mean being idiot, and jumping on Shikh Jaraz is idocy. So far if Israel goes back to proportionality no sanctions will be issued against Israel. That means.... everything quite fine. Let's wait for negotiations.
