The gay parade comes but once a year, but it's (un)fairly common for traffic to be disrupted by Haredi carrying-on, when "their neighborhood" becomes their private property. Sunday's incident in Moscow is timely warning of the marriage of convenience between religious "sensitivities", extreme right politics, and hooliganism. Anyone who uses public transportation can vouch that the Haredim are obsessed with sex, and it has nothing to do with gays.
