I'm sure both sides will agree all Palestinian refugees would return to the new Palestinian state, a small amount back to Israel, there will be compensation given by the World Bank. East Jerusalem must be under the sovereignty, with the holy city being free for everyone. East Jerusalem is what will make or break a Palestinian economy. If Israel decides to take territory from the West Bank,(it must not be at the sacrifice of a contigious Palestinian state and leaving them with cantons or bantustans) then it must give up lands in Isreal proper to compensate. Equal land swaps for equal partners :) Both sides are not to aggress against each other neither.
