Jeff, Not clear at all. Still don't get it. Hasn't the IDF made many incursions into Pal cities in order to stop Qassam rockets by attacking factories where these are made, people launching them and not that the IDF is attacking hills and the like? I'm pretty sure the attacks are coming from cities and that hills and roads mean somewhat little (and if they do mean something, then there's probably a roadblock). In any case, set positions are extremely easy targets to get hit in this kind of a war where the militants hide out in cities.
