I've never called this assassination terrorism. I've said somewher in the discussions on it that he was a legitimate target. Abusing UK passports like this is not legitimate, but that's a different issue. If you don't think it's a big issue, how about loaning Mossad your US passport? I'm sure they'd be grateful. As to assassination, well that's what this was. If you'd prefer me to call them executioners, I'm happy to do so, but to me that sounds rather worse than assassins.
