Hooray for democracy imposed from 30,000 feet. The real fear is that Jalil may just be a West-friendly frontman and that the real power lies elsewhere. His apparent inability to sack the NTC exectuve committee after he announced he had, and to name Younes' murderers when he clearly knows who they are suggests as much.
