For one thing, you have not checked each woman's history, so you can't make blanket statements about the level of their piety. For another, I'm sure you will agree that a large percent of the men who pray at the Wall in fact do not observe the laws of kashrut or Shabbat or many aspects of Halakha. If it's not a problem for men, why is it for women?
