Though it does seem overwhelmingly convincing that this man is a serial sexual harrasser and possibly a rapist, the bigger looming question is the credibility of the prosecutorial system. Any one of us as citizens could find ourselves subject to the capricious vengeful wrath of these prosecurtors. How can it be that they even filed the indictment after testifying in front of the supreme court justs days before that they did not belief they the evidence to convict or that the "good" cases were barred by statute? the fact that during a 1 year trial new info may have arisen for the judges to rely on but that was not true at the time fo the indictment. So either they lied to the supreme court, or they indicted out of spite and embarrasment at falling into his lawyers trap. Witeh way it is scary to think that these people can destroy any one of us at a whim. Again that does not mean he isn't guilty as hell and a disgusting rapists. he may very well be, but the macro issue of the faith or lack thereof of the citixenry in the police and prosecutors and courts is a disasterous situation.
