I work as a volunteer for J-Street, and am getting frustrated at all the attacks directed toward us, claiming that we are 'Anti-Israel'. J-Street is not Anti-Israel, we're very much for it, and want to see it continue to exist in peace. J-Street supports Israel's right to defend itself, disapproves of the anti-Israel bias of the Goldstone report, and opposes a nuclear Iran. Just because J-Street is against settlements, the blockade on Gaza, and is for the two-state solution doesn't make it Anti-Israel. If one is truly Pro-Israel, they should speak out against the actions of the current Israeli government (No, we're not Anti-Semitic, we criticize certain actions of the Israeli government, not the Israeli people.) that lower cause the international community to shift their political sympathies toward the Palestinian leadership. When Israel loses international support, Israel loses its ability to exist. Security and safety for the Israelis, sovereignty for the Palestinians.
