Was it "pro-Israel" when the organization hid years of contributions from Soros, as well as Arab and Iranian sources? Was it "pro-Israel" when one of the co-founders described Israel's founding as understandable but "unfortunate"? Was it "pro-Israel" when members of the group defended and promoted Judge Goldstone to the Congress? Was it "pro-Israel" when the group allowed J Street U to drop the "pro-Israel" tagline if they found it detrimental to their outreach? Even for a "big tent" Jewish community, there are activities that put one outside the tent. That's where J Street belongs.
