Itsik, 100,000 have already been naturalized I'm all for naturalizing the remaining 400,000 Palestinians as I'm sure the bulk of the refugees will not be going back and this should have been done a long time ago. An American offer was made to give Lebanon about 10 billions to do it about 10 years ago and now I think there is one for 20 billions on the table but there are problems in that it would upset the ethnic balance here. If they can eventually work around this problem politically as the government appears favourable to doing that, it will help advance the cause towards peace and more importantly, integrate the Palestinians into the society. As to the other parts, they would fall into place automatically. About Margie, we go back a long way and it's a thing between us and I'm sorry if it annoyed the others; I won't do it again.
