Three points of dissent, including whether Israel will be able to control the broadcast and where the cameras will be situated, could lead to new tensions over flashpoint site.04:55 07.02.16 | 0 comments
I was raised Conservative and go to a Conservative Shul. We are very active 450-500 families. I think the issue is too many members think its ok to only have 1 or 2 children. With that kind of thinking the numbers shrink. Thankfully at our Shul there are many families with 3 or 4 children. I hope to see more Jewish families growing. Thats how you increase membership. Thats why Orthodox membership increases. We should be encouraging our members to have more children. Have as many as you can afford to love. If thats 3, dont stop at 2. If people start thinking 3 or 4 children are normal our membership will grow. As for Conservative Judaism, I dont think its that different than Modern Orthodox, except the separation of men and women. Does Modern Orthodox allow men and women to sit together?
