    It's evident that the only ability for PM Netanyahu to formulate a moderate (broad) Israeli government representing the pluralism of Israel, would be one in which all parties accept the two-states resolution to the conflict based on the past peace proposals of Israeli governments. The PA is willing to negotiate once there's a settlement freeze in the West Bank. Israel is not necessarily responding to external pressure in doing so, but rather requires to contend with the core issues for its own future security matters and would also respond to the Israeli electorate which voted for moderation and compromise.
