the majority of U.N. members and even the Quartet are realistic of the "negotiated" borders based on 1967 cease-fire lines and exchanges of territories. It's probably less and less to do with the Palestinian reception and more and more to do with the Israeli reception. What's the difference between now and a month or two ?
