Unless and untill Livni becomes PM, anything she says should be taken with a large portion of salt. This is true of all politicians in her situation. I am certain that, when they become leader, all Israeli politicians act pretty much the same. Nobody wants to antagonize the settlers, which would trigger a very unpleasent domino effect. Nobody knows how such a thing would end, and nobody wants to find out.
