What has Israel to do at a donor meeting in Brussels? And is Israel in seriousness telling donors that Palestine has to depend on aid? I think Brussels has gone completely mad. It is nobody's business to grade the Palestinian economy and institutions. In 2002 all the public institutions were smashed by the IDF and the EU had to pay. The Palestinians need self-determination and freedom of movement for people and goods. They don't need colonial rulers to tell them what they are fit for.
