    Forget about biblical history and let us remain with modern history. An international body the United Nations in 1947 legally gave Israel its land and Palestine its land. Israel accepted. Palestine did not. The 1st violation of this international law as you brought up was by the Palestinians and the surrounding 5 Arab armies.
