whose government: 1. Has not yet released the two Israeli soldiers for which UNSC resolution 1701 calls to be done immediatelly and unconditionally. 2. Has not disarm Hizballah, south of the Litani River, also called by the same resolution. 3. Allows for the continuation of transfer of weapons from Syria into Lebanon's based Hizballah, also called by th same resolution. If all of the above take place, despite the presence of UN forces in Lebanon, what should Israel think and do? The reality is that Israel faces, as it has in the past, the front troops of Iran on its northern border, collaborating with Syria and aiming to eventually "wipe Israel off the world map" as the Iranian president declared. We should all keep this context in mind when such statements come out of Lebanon or any other place.
