"lmert should realize that being able to launch thousands of missiles against Israel is bound to make Hizballah a heroic organization in Arab eyes. Such a perception has consequences." - Ben Gurion No doubt the deep concerns of the former "Pro-American" Arab nations, Saudi, Egypt and Jordan in particular, are motivated by the fact that they have been impotent while the Islamist Hizbollah has smite the Israeli "aggressors." Several terrible lessons have come from this campaign, and from Iraq and Afghanistan. 1. The US and Israel can be beaten. 2. No moderate Muslim Government will stand up to Israel and America. 3. The salvation of Islam lies in the Islamistis instead of the moderates. Of course men of the caliber of Bush and Olmert could never conceive that they have been their worst enemies best friend. It takes awareness, intelligence, and thought.
