farmer acted persistent in allocating government grants for his endeavour. The fact that he knew of the ministers, including Olmert does not make this a conflict of interest in granting him government funds. If there is a relationship it seems very indirect and the email just states a general interest in being updated in the matter. This tupee of government investigation is a waste of time and money. There's always these type of indirect involvement of political figures and people they know who receive government grants and jobs etc. I've seen it here in Canada, nothing new... corruption exists indirectly anyways.
