trickery. Netanyahu apologized for the timing of the announcement, not for the policy itself. He seems to have hoped that Obama and his administration will miss this and then he could claim that the USA is not opposed to the policy of building Jewish neighborhoods in the East Jerusalem. Barack Obama and Hilary Clinton saw through this maneouver, which proves that they aresmarter than Netanyahu, his advisers, Mr. Foxman and few others have been hoping for.
