    So there you have it, if the US wont pay then the game is up. Israel could also face an American embargo on diamonds that would add another $9 Billions annually in lost revenues. Israel simply can't do anything else but to play ball. If the US is to provide for military hardware and diplomatic immunity for Israel, Israel can't go against stated American interests, as Condy described the imminent establishment of a free and independent Palestine. With oil at an ALL TIME HIGH and the dollars at an ALL TIME LOW(against the Euro) Israel is needing aid from the yanks at a never ever seen level and as if this wasn't the absolute pits, here is another nail in the occupying coffin, -the occupied Palestinians know all this and they like it. It gives them the upper hand for once. "A time frame first or we wont go to Annapolis", they will get it and my bet is that it will all be sorted out before Bush leaves office. Israel can torpedo it, but then it will sink.
