    Clearly Kissinger, and Nixon were wrong. While ISrael had nukes or not, they never threatened anyone, unlike some nutbars living in tehran today. So for 60 years ISrael has been a good citizen. The US administration under Nixon had it all wrong. ISrael today is still safe with nukes if it has any, and most likely will not use them unless some catastrophic event takes place. So the Middle east can sleep well tonight knowing that the finger on the ISraeli nuke belongs to a person who is sane, unlike Irans Ahmedinanutjob, who froths at the mouth each time he mentions the word "Israel.
