The Israeli-Palestinian vendetta may be a sideshow according to statistics, but one with proven emotional and religious impact sufficient to drag the world into WWIII. So there is much more than the undeniable humanitarian interest driving the international peace effort. It is likely the prime recruiting and motivating cause celebre for international Islamic terrorism, primarily due to US sponsorship of the Israeli military which the West Bank settlers have effectively maneuvered into serving as their private army. So the settlers call the shots, guns and ammo provided by US taxpayers and industry, thanks to America's weird religious politics backing Israeli (ie settler) politics without question. The epithets "Great Satan" and "Little Satan" are not mere slander, but quite apt and accurate in describing their actual effects in the Middle East. http://www.theocracywatch.org/ http://www.yuricareport.com/
