Anything Israel offered would become the starting point of negotiations with the Arabs. Keep in mind that negotiations are not a 'give and take' in this case. It is always Israel that gives and the Arabs that take. The only things that the Arabs could possibly give is to put down their weapons (and their stones). But that is not going to happen. No amount of appeasement will stop Arab attacking Israel (short of all the jews leaving the land). The best Israel can hope for - for generations to come - is what it now has. World's expectations may have raised too high the cost of sitting at the table.
