The need to preempt Iran and export gas to Egypt was the reason the government gave to push through its controversial plan for Israel's natural gas. Now, this reason may no longer exist.03:48 31.08.15 | 0 comments
In Tender ages law a mother gets full custody in divorce if one of the children is below the age of six. Legally, a mother can limit the father's time with the children to as little as 4 hours every two weeks-even without cause or reason. The trouble is that mothers may think they are acting to 'protect' or do what is best for their children, but unfortunately the children become severely damaged by her actions--parental alienation syndrome being one of the most common 'accidental' outcomes. The tender ages law has been removed from the books int he US, Canada, and many european western countries based on research demonstrating that children in joint custody situations over the long-term perform on par with children in married households, while single-custody children are performing below.I have witnessed tragic outcomes in Israel because of the existence of this law. Children are being abused by well-meaning mothers. For the good of the children, this law must be abandoned quickly.
