Are you for real? Women don't conceal their names out of personal shame, but because of the backlash that can come from going public after making accusations. Women lose jobs, can't get hired (esp. by male owned companies), may be shunned as potential mates, and can be targeted for even more, and more violent, sexual assault. I'm not sure what ideological rock you live under. I'm past the age of sexual harassment--when I was was young it was real, threatening, and frightening...assault itself needs to be criminalized more heavily. Until there is general social support from both women and men for these 'complainants', they will have to use initials and hide their names.
