The people from South Americans(mixed and indigenous) have aunique outlook on life and work ethic which is beneficial and fits in with Israel, so I really hope you do not give them the run-a-around, a 2 year - working holiday where Israel could benefit from these peoples personal, and educational and working experience is perhaps something you could look to, practical work from the universities that is seen operating in the community, is something I believe they would love to do, and benefit from some skills they could take back to places like Cuscou in Peru to build houses etc.
