was the stealing by many means of Palestinian land... The Palestinians are merely reacting to that 'causus belli'... the ultimate in a national humiliation ... OCCUPATION. when the Romans occupied 'Jewish lands', the Jews were 'provoked' in to resistance also... . Due to the might and organisation of the Roman legions, any 'demonstrative protests' would have been always symbolic. There was no way to throw off the Roman shackles so they lived with it. Why do Zionists expect the Palestinians to knuckle-under when they have such huge numbers and the world is watching as closely as possible? ... to give up without a fight? Even in the ever-increasingly imbalanced conflict, the Right-wing Jews continue to go for projecting the image of the Jews being the 'eternal victims' ... Anyone with any sense and all the information in hand, must clearly and unrestrainedly sympathise with the Palestinians... The only hope for Israel to increase support for its transgressions is in further warping/corrupting information sources and the sense of morality as it applies to Human Rights.
