Bibi said that he would not negotiate with a Palestinian government which included Hamas. On the other hand, if Bibi wants peace it is Hamas he must negotiate with. You make peace with your enemies, not your friends. This means that, from Israel's point oif view, Hamas is the critical party to negotiations, Fatah becomes optional. Why then did Bibi say the opposite? Remember when Israel became a state, they elected bloody terrorists as their leaders and the international community dealt with them as they were the choice of the Israelis. This didn't change the fact that they were also bloody terrorists. Now Israel must face the same situation.
