This case has nothing to do with "justice", it is a political prosecution, pure and simple, just like all prosecutions of political figures, including President Katsav. The Supreme Court/Police/Media clique that rules the country can not accept anyone doing things against this group's interest. Since Ramon, as Justice Minister opposed appointing Dorit Beinish as Supreme Court President, the order went out "GET SOMETHING ON HIM". So this kiss turned up. The Court even admitted that the complainant DIDN'T WANT TO PRESS CHARGES, but she was threatened herself (just like in the trial of Yitzhak Mordechai where the complainant tried to cancel the charges but was refused). How long will this anti-democratic tyrrany continue to plague Israel?
