    First of all, a letter is not a treaty. Second, there is actually nothing in the Bush letter that is contradicted by Obama's Cairo speech in which he referenced the '67 borders and then added the mutually agreed swaps language. And third, Israel is a thoroughly untrustworthy partner with territorial ambitions that are dangerous to world stability, expensive and embarrassing for the US, and illegal by even the most generous interpretations.
