Israel missed a giant opportunity to make peace with the Arab world, when the Israeli prime minister decided to take side of Mubarak and the dictatorship. Regardless how far the Islamophobia is penetrated the hearts of israeli Jews, They should be the first one the voice their support for freedom and condemn the Mubarak regime. I thought the Jewish mind specially adapted to notice any sort of tyrannical government , coming from the thousands of years of experience of freeing themselves from various other tyrants and voicing and supporting of freedom and never side with any dictatorship, no matter if that seems like providing security for a short while. Israel could have become a true and honest friend of the people of Egypt and no dictator would ever needed for security. People forgive, because they remember. Instead, the Israeli government decided to side with a failed and corrupt dictator, and essentially the Israeli government dug its own grave a little deeper as well making the lives of the Israelis much harder.
