Under the League of Nations Mandate and UN Charter, all of the West Bank belongs to the Jewish state, and the General Assembly RECOMMENDATION of Nov 29, 1947 did not change that, nor did TransJordan's seizure in 1948. The Armistice agreement with Jordan in 1949 not only did not set boundaries, it precluded the use of the military separation lines as boundaries or as the basis for future boundaries. Those lines were automatically dissolved when Jordan invaded in 1967 and then folded in the battle. All that the Arabs are entitled to are Area A and parts of Area B, under Israel's beneficence.
