Hezbollah are cautious after witnessing Operation Cast Lead in Gaza. Hamas was lucky to have survived. Some deterrence was restored after the 2006 Lebanon War debacle. Israel will easily survive any war with Hezbollah, but the reverse is not true. Hezbollah takes a greater risk with any war. They may have 45,000 rockets, but looking at in perspective Israel can inflict far greater damage upon Lebanon.
