Thirdly, the ultra-orthodox who are the most jewish amongst the jews and constitute at least 20% of them, do not accept the state of Israel since it is a theological blasphemy to declare a state before the arrival of the Messiah, and the Messiah has not yet come. So with only 45% of Jews left, half of whom are secular, how exactly is this a jewish state? It is a state with jewish majority.
