In most western countries today there is a super rich elite who have alot of influence in the countries economy. These business tycoons are the modern day version of the old European nobility who owned all the land while everybody else was poor. If Israel wants to survive in the modern world it can't start trying to make things more difficult for the super rich because of moral values. The days when Israel was a Marxist / socialist state are long gone. Today the market rules. We can want these people to invest more in Israel and encourage them to but we can't force them or introduce legislation to force more wealth distribution. Reality is there will always be the super rich and the super poor not fair but thats how it works.
