This obsessive Jewish desire to steal the land of another race and lord it over them has all the echos of the worst of 19th and 20th Century European racist nationalism. When Bibi talks about Jewish 'rights' in Palestine and East Jerusalem, backed up by spurious archaeological references, just change a few nouns and it could as easily be Milosevic talking about Serbia's rights in Bosnia, Coatia and Kosovo, or Hitler talking about fabricated German claims and rights to other peoples' lands. Just as their were nationalist nutjobs who applauded every fantastic and fabricated claim they made, so it is in Israel, with the Jews Uber Alles wing. History and archaeology tell us that the Serbs arrived late in the Balkans and usurped others' lands, just as the Jews did in ancient Palestine, so nobody outside the narrow confines of little Israel is greatly impressed by its historical revisionism, ambitious claims or strident demands. We've seen racist nationalism before and the dark places it takes countries to. As no country believes or accepts Israel's claims to E J'sem and the West Bank, and nor do they buy Torah stories and false rewriting of history, this Jewish nationalist phase is heading right up a cul-de-sac. One could urge the Jewish right to stop and think before they gamble everything on one more wild throw of the dice, but then the uber nationalists never stop and think until the game is about over, the shells are landing, the last bunkers are falling and the international criminal court is calling. Netanyahu's path will lead Israel to an early day of judgement by the international community and courts.
