Excuse me... What does one State's view of another have anything to do with its right to exist? Doesn't the People's Republic (of China) deny Taiwan's Statehood? Does that mean that the Government in Taiwan is illegitimate? NO!! Israel is a State because it is a political, economic and military reality. Who cares if Europe or the Arabs question Israel's right to exist. There are now more Jews in Israel than anywhere else in the world. Israel exists with Jerusalem (all of Jerusalem) as its capital. Deal with that reality or go home (to Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon or Syria) where the PAL's were treated as pariah's and even worse - as enemies of the Arab nations.
