although i believe strongly in the principle of no intervention into other countries' system of government or inner conflicts including turmoil, i also strongly believe tharir square or independence square are but a symbol manufactured by the west. the reality they represent and actually show is much more complex and cruel. Israel doesn't need more than Rabin square and the use it has given it, as explained in the article. why does mr. bar-el forget the one huge, sad, sad episode at rabin square, the assesination of rabin? do we need more blood? bar-el's opinion is a manipulation of a very complex reality, both in Israel and Egypt and Ukraine. it is good food for news but not for thought. it might spark changes but if not stopped almost inmediately, crowds and blood only bring more disaster.
