Then all will see how powerless Netanyahu is to prevent the inevitable consequences of Israeli actions. Joe sitizen's idea that "until Palestinian political and military leaders face justice, the world cannot insist that only Israelis be put on trial" will also be shown to be hot air and bravado. Unfortunately, the ICC treats all alleged war criminals the same, whether Serb and Croat, Hutu/ and Tsutsi or Israeli and Gazan. First the charge, then the summons, then the international arrest warrant, then the consideration of the evidence in court. Lack of evidence, obstruction, bluster and wishful thinking do not begin to constitute a defense. Israel is banking 100% on Obama somehow blocking the process. But can he?.
