Had Israel vacated the West Bank as they should have done years ago there would be no Palestinian prisoners rotting in Israeli jails. There would be no plotting to get rid of the occupiers. I find it amazing that given the brutality of the occupation there have been so few attacks against Israelis - especially those who enforce the occupation. It is way past time to end the occupation and release the Palestinians from prison. Meanwhile keeping a prisoner in solitary confinement for years on end is nothing but torture.
