    No, This government do not care about the woelful domestic and economic problems the USA, its only friend in the world, its going through right now. They only want the money, with phoney excuses (Israel military machine is already the most modern and powerful in the region, not to mention the WMD it posessess). Milk the cow as much as possible before it dies. Wrong request and really ill-timed Mr Barak.
