Israel has the ultimate all time sugar daddy. So used are Israelis to this setup that have no problem bragging about their air force and the rest of their military as if they bought and paid for it themselves. Of course, this didn't help them in the 2006 war. Sugar daddys will give all the tools of war, but they normally don't fight the war for you. In the case of Russia, the old weapons they gave to Lebanon were a nice genture, but they don't qualify Russia as a sugar daddy.
