Being someone not from the region but interested in the developments there; I hope someone can enlighten me: All this talk by the Likud that Palestine must give something for peace talks to resume... what is that "something" the Likud want? From all the news coming out of Israel, I read Palestine has nothing: no infrastructure, no stable institutions, no water/land rights, no individual rights, no work, no future, no access to grow/develop its food, medicine, industry, no security. So what is there that this Likud mindset wants from those that have nothing in order for peace talks to resume?
